Charles Campo is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and businesses solve problems and manage risk. The focus of his practice is the prosecution and defense of complex litigation matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes and serious injury cases, including disputes involving contracts, real estate, shareholders, partnerships, and ownership rights, as well as cases involving severe personal injury and death. The firm has successfully obtained million dollar and multi-million-dollar awards and settlements on behalf of its clients and has been recognized by organizations and publications such as the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Campo has represented a diverse range of clients including private individuals, business entities, corporate executives and public companies. He has acted as counsel to the New York Rangers and former Red Sox second baseman, Marty Barrett. He also is a certified mediator, having received his certification through the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Mr. Campo has served as an arbitrator before the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Campo has been named in the publications Massachusetts Super Lawyers, Boston’s Top-Rated Lawyers, and Martindale-Hubbell’s directory of preeminent lawyers. He has consistently received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest (AV) peer review rating based upon confidential opinions from lawyers and the judiciary. Mr. Campo began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Boston where he became Chief of one of the Felony Trial Divisions. As an Assistant District Attorney, he gained extensive experience trying cases before juries. He has successfully tried cases involving first degree murder, second degree murder, manslaughter, aggravated rape, kidnapping, armed robbery, and other major felonies.

Mr. Campo is admitted to practice before the trial and appellate courts of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has briefed and filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States.
