Jacquelyn Bumbaca (“Jacqui”) joined Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry in 2014 as a paralegal while she attended law school at Suffolk University in the evenings. Her mastery of the Rules of Civil Procedure quickly made her an asset to the firm’s litigation team. Upon her graduation she easily transitioned to a full time attorney in the litigation department.

When Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry, was founded in 2019, Jacqui remained part of the litigation team. She continues to represent both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, construction litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation (with a particular focus on easement and adverse possession issues), and business litigation matters.

More recently, Jacqui has worked to develop the firm’s family law practice where she represents clients in divorce, child custody, and other domestic relations matters.

Her work in several different areas of law allows Jacqui to take a creative and aggressive approach to her cases. She takes pride in ensuring that each client receives the personal attention they deserve.

In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys riding horses, and has been an avid equestrian since the age of 9.
